Southwest Oil and Gas Branch's remote monitoring and control platform uses intelligent management and control platforms to respond to abnormal parameters and promptly push risk warnings to effectively prevent risks from further turning into accidents. Up to now, remote monitoring has found, reported and disposed of 177 various abnormalities, spot checks were conducted 34 times, 25 types of hidden problems were found, 24 rectifications were completed, 16 risk warnings were issued, and 14 well-times were accepted for remote inspection It effectively guarantees the safety and stability of on-site construction, strives to minimize the impact of the epidemic on production, and eliminates "small hidden dangers" that induce "big accidents."

It is understood that the Southwest Oil and Gas Branch has applied an intelligent management and control platform for petroleum engineering business to accumulatively control over 2,000 wells of various operations, and obtain real-time construction dynamics, technical measures, on-site operations, production organization, safety management, equipment and materials, personnel management, etc. On-site information, online command, remote control, and management activities have broken through the time and space limitations. During the epidemic prevention and control period, they have shown their talents, strongly supported the engineering operation nodes and quality management, and achieved efficiency improvement. Since the production safety supervision and management platform went online in October 2019, it has pushed more than 40,000 job tasks every month. Abnormalities in the operation process can be handled in a timely manner, risks can be reminded in real time, and the "equipment description is complete and job operations are pushed." The application goal of “timeliness of abnormal management and control” has created conditions for the transformation of enterprise production safety management methods.
